This property had been listed for almost a year and, despite several price reductions, there were still no offers. 

On inspection, the property seemed to be suffering from the classic problem that houses slow to sell often face.  Buyers simply couldn’t see beyond the décor and were fearful of the work and money they would have to spend
to make it their own.

The vendor had a natural “emotional” attachment to the property having lived there for over 20 years but, for selling purposes, it was important to see the property through the buyer’s eye and edit accordingly.

On completion of our home staging project the property was ready to be remarketed.  Fiona was delighted with the results, especially as within the next week there were 5 viewings, 3 offers and finally the sale she had been waiting for!
