•  A rough budget
•  Recommended paint colours
•  General description of types of flooring, lighting, window treatments and accessories.
•  £225.00 (up to 3 bedrooms) added charge of £40 per additional room.
• A consultation and report will provide enough information and relevant contacts to be able to proceed with the work.

Supervisory role/ Carry out work to include:

• Follow up consultation
• Briefing trades people
• Sourcing items
• ‘After’ photos of house
• Overseeing project to completion
• Price to be discussed
